2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1Β½ cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)

cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 teaspoon ginger (fresh grated or powder)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preheat
Oven: 200Β°C (400Β°F)
OR heat your grill to medium-high
Prepare the mixture
In a large bowl, combine:
Chicken
Pineapple
Bell pepper & onion
Garlic
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Mix everything well so itβs evenly coated
Make foil packets
Tear 3β4 large sheets of aluminum foil
Divide the mixture evenly onto each sheet
Fold and seal tightly into packets
Cook
Oven: Bake for 20β25 minutes
Grill: Cook for 12β15 minutes, flipping once
Serve
Carefully open packets (steam is hot!)
Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions
Serve over rice if you like
