🥩 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef
Ingredients
1.5–2 lbs (700–900 g) beef stew meat or chuck, cut into cubes
1 packet onion soup mix (or beefy onion soup mix)
1 can (10–14 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of onion)
Optional (but highly recommended)
½ cup water or beef broth (helps loosen the sauce)
Black pepper
Sliced mushrooms or onions
🍳 Instructions
Place the raw cubed beef directly into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Add the cream of mushroom soup on top (don’t overmix yet).
Add a splash of water or broth if you want more sauce.
Cover and cook:
LOW: 7–8 hours
HIGH: 4–5 hours
Stir everything together in the last 30 minutes so the sauce gets smooth and coats the beef.
