🛒 Ingredients
1–1.5 kg (2–3 lbs) beef, cut into cubes (chuck or stewing beef works best)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (300–400 ml) cream of mushroom soup
(Optional but recommended: ½ cup water or beef broth for extra sauce)

Add the beef
Place the raw cubed beef into your slow cooker.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Add a little water or broth if you want a thinner sauce.
Pour over beef
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef. No need to stir much.
Cook
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
