📝 Ingredients:
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/2 lb (250 g) ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or oats for a healthier option)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1–2 tbsp oil (for frying)

Prepare the cabbage
Finely shred the cabbage and lightly squeeze out excess moisture using your hands or a clean towel.
Mix everything
In a bowl, combine cabbage, ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Shape patties
Form the mixture into small burger-style patties (about palm-sized).
Cook
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through.

Yogurt sauce or mayo
Salad or fries
💡 Tips:
For a low-carb version, skip breadcrumbs and add a little extra egg.
You can bake them at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes instead of frying.
