🥒 Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
2 medium Zucchini
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional but makes them extra crispy)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the zucchini
Slice zucchini into thin rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).
Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture (important for crispiness). - Season coating
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Coat
Lightly brush zucchini slices with olive oil.
Press each slice into the Parmesan mixture until well coated. - Cook (choose one)
🔥 Oven method
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
🔥 Air fryer method (best crisp)
Air fry at 200°C (390°F)
Cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway
🍽️ Tips for extra crunch
Don’t overcrowd the pan
Use freshly grated Parmesan (not powdered)
Salt zucchini AFTER baking if you want maximum crispiness
