🍯 Honey Garlic Butter Sausages
🧾 Ingredients
8–10 sausages (beef, chicken, or turkey)
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 small onion (sliced, optional)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Brown the sausages
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides (about 8–10 minutes).
Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic (and onions if using), sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add flavor
Stir in honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine
Return sausages to the pan.
Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Finish cooking
Cook for another 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally until sausages are fully cooked and glazed.
🔥 Optional Oven Method (like in the picture)
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place sausages in a tray, pour sauce over them.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway.
