π₯¬ Slow Cooker Cabbage & Potato Dinner
π Ingredients
1 medium head green cabbage, cut into wedges
4β5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 onion, sliced
2β3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Layer the potatoes
Place the quartered potatoes on the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add cabbage
Stack the cabbage wedges on top of the potatoes.
Add aromatics
Scatter the sliced onion and minced garlic over everything.
Pour liquid & season
Pour the chicken broth over the top, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook
Low: 6β7 hours
High: 3β4 hours
Until potatoes are tender and cabbage is soft.
Serve
Spoon everything into bowls with some of the broth. Itβs simple, cozy, and filling.
