2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame puree) or peanut butter

Cooked rice or cauliflower rice

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or brown sugar), minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the beef slices and coat them well. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for better flavor).
- Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, and tahini (or peanut butter) until smooth. Set aside.
