Ingredients
2–3 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
ÂĽ tsp black pepper
Optional: onion powder, chili flakes, dried herbs, Parmesan
Instructions
Slice potatoes into thin rounds (about ⅛–¼ inch).
Tip: Soak in cold water 15 minutes for extra crisp, then pat very dry.
Season in a bowl with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Finish with extra salt, herbs, or Parmesan if you like.
Serving ideas
Dip in ketchup, garlic mayo, or yogurt sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan & parsley
