Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken 🍗🧄
🛒 Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up all those flavorful bits from the pan.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it. Simmer another 5 minutes until the sauce is rich and creamy.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
