🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: Italian seasoning or dried parsley
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix the topping: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning.
Arrange chicken in the baking dish in a single layer.
Spread generously: Coat each chicken breast evenly with the creamy mixture.
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the top is lightly golden.
Optional but 🔥: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra browning.
