4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up all the flavorful bits from the pan.
