π Creamy Garlic Chicken (Easy & Comforting)
π Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
5β6 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup chicken broth
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken for 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sautΓ© for about 30 seconds (donβt let it burn).
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up all those flavorful bits.
Add cream, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Stir and let simmer 3β4 minutes until slightly thick.
Return chicken to the pan and simmer 5 more minutes, spooning sauce over the top.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
