Chicken
2 large chicken breasts (or 4 thighs), halved
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Cream Sauce
3 tbsp butter
5–6 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tbsp flour
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth (homemade if you have it)
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or nutmeg
Fresh parsley (for finishing)

Prep the chicken
Season chicken generously with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme.
Sear
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium. Add butter → once melted, add garlic.
Sauté 30 seconds (don’t brown it).
Thicken
