🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown it).
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up all those flavorful bits.
Lower heat and add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and slightly thick.
Return chicken to the pan. Simmer 10–12 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken, until cooked through and ultra-tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
