Creamy Garlic Herb Butter Spread
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (very important!)
2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives or green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra fluffiness like the photo)
¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional flavor boosts:
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
Pinch of paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
Add softened butter (and cream cheese if using) to a bowl.
Mix with a spoon or hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Stir in garlic, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and any optional add-ins.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Chill for 15–30 minutes if you want it firmer, or use immediately for spreading.
How to Serve
Spread on toast or sandwich bread (just like the photo)
Melt over steak, chicken, or vegetables
Slather on warm biscuits or rolls
Use as a garlic bread base
