🍋 Creamy Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken
🛒 Ingredients
4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
Lemon slices (for baking)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the chicken breasts inside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
Place lemon slices around and slightly under the chicken.
🥣 Make the Creamy Lemon Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together:
Heavy cream
Chicken broth
Parmesan cheese
Melted butter
Lemon juice
Lemon zest
Chopped parsley
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
🔥 Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
For a golden top, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
