🥩 Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Pasta
🛒 Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) shell pasta (or any short pasta)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
400 g (14 oz) beef steak, cut into bite-size pieces (sirloin or ribeye works great)
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the steak
Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.
Add butter and garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and let simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add heavy cream and chili flakes. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
5️⃣ Combine everything
Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss well to coat.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top and let it melt (cover for 1–2 minutes).
6️⃣ Finish
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
