This easy recipe uses one creamy mixture poured directly over raw chicken — then the oven does all the work!
🛒 Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
The 1 Creamy Mixture:
1 can (10.5 oz / 300g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place raw chicken breasts in the dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a bowl, mix together:
Cream of chicken soup
Sour cream
Parmesan
Garlic
Italian seasoning
Pour the mixture evenly over the raw chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
