🥔 Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes
Ingredients (serves 2–3):
4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or baby potatoes work great)
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (smoked if you have it 🔥)
½ tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley, parmesan, or chili flakes
Instructions:
Prep the potatoes
Wash and dry. You can keep the skins on.
If using big potatoes, cut into halves or chunks.
Season
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, herbs, salt & pepper until well coated.
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F (if your model needs it).
Place potatoes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Cook for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Extra crispy finish (optional but 🔥)
Turn heat up to 200°C / 400°F for the last 2–3 minutes.
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot!
🔥 Pro Tips
Want ultra-crispy? Parboil the potatoes for 5–7 minutes first, dry them well, then air fry.
Add-ons: toss with butter + garlic after cooking for insane flavor.
Great dips: garlic mayo, sour cream, ketchup, or spicy sriracha yogurt.
