3/4 cup milk

Steps:
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the egg, milk, and oil/butter. Stir until just combined (a few lumps = totally fine).
Heat a pan on medium and lightly oil it.
Pour small circles of batter into the pan.
When bubbles appear on top (about 1–2 min), flip and cook the other side till golden.
