🧀 Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Crescent Rolls
Ingredients (serves 4–6)
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (or taco seasoning if you like a kick)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions
Optional glaze: 2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or BBQ sauce)
Instructions
Cook the filling
In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion until browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir and cook 1 more minute.
Turn off heat and mix in the cheese.
Prep the dough
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or rectangles if using sheets).
Fill & roll
Spoon beef mixture onto the wide end of each piece of dough.
Roll up tightly, tucking the sides so the cheese doesn’t escape.
Bake
Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Glaze (optional but 🔥)
Brush with honey-mustard or BBQ sauce right when they come out of the oven.
Garnish & serve
Sprinkle parsley or green onions if you’re feeling fancy.
