2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional, for flavor)

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
In a big bowl, mix: chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir in 1½ cups of the cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Rest 5 minutes, then sprinkle with green onions and serve.
