🧀🍔 Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta (Cheesy One-Pot)
Ingredients (2–4 servings)
225–250 g (½ lb) ground beef
2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow, shells, or rotini work great)
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth (or water + bouillon)
1 cup milk
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1½–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar–mozzarella mix)
Optional toppings: pickles, green onions, extra cheese
How to Make It
Brown the beef
In a big skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Break it up. Drain extra grease if needed.
Add onion & garlic
Toss in the onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Make it sloppy
Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 1 minute so it smells like cheeseburger heaven.
Cook the pasta in the sauce
Add pasta, broth, and milk. Stir well.
Bring to a gentle boil, then lower heat, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes (stir occasionally) until pasta is tender.
Cheese time
Turn off heat. Stir in the shredded cheese until melty and creamy.
If it’s too thick, splash in a little milk. Too thin? Let it sit 1–2 minutes.
Top & devour
Add pickles or green onions if you like that real cheeseburger vibe.
🔥 Make It Extra
Bacon cheeseburger pasta: add crispy bacon bits
Spicy version: hot sauce or chili flakes
Creamier: stir in 2–3 tbsp cream cheese
Veggie boost: diced bell peppers or corn
