Creamy Cheesy Beef Shells (Serves 3–4)
🛒 Ingredients
12 oz (340g) medium pasta shells
1 lb (450g) beef steak or ground beef (sirloin or ribeye works great)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
Fresh parsley (chopped)
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook the pasta
Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Build the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic + red pepper flakes. Sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in beef broth and cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.
Make it cheesy
Lower heat and stir in mozzarella + parmesan until melted and smooth.
Bring it together
Add pasta and beef back into the pan.
Toss until everything is coated in that creamy sauce.
Finish
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan.
