🍅🥩 Tomato Soup Ground Beef Skillet
Ingredients (serves 2–4)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 can tomato soup (like Campbell’s-style)
½ onion, diced (optional but 🔥 for flavor)
1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
½ cup water or milk (to thin the soup)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins:
½ tsp paprika or chili powder
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
Frozen corn or peas
Cooked rice or pasta (to serve it over)
How to Make It
Brown the beef
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Break it up as it cooks.
Drain excess grease.
Add onion & garlic (optional)
Toss them in and cook 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Pour in tomato soup
Add the tomato soup + water (or milk for creamy vibes).
Stir well.
Season it up
Add salt, pepper, and any extras you like (paprika, Worcestershire = low effort, big flavor).
Simmer
Let it bubble gently for 5–10 minutes so everything gets cozy together.
How to Serve (choose your fighter)
🍚 Over rice
🍝 Over pasta
🥔 Over mashed potatoes
🥖 With toasted bread
🌮 In a tortilla like a sloppy joe-ish wrap
Optional Upgrades
🧀 Add shredded cheese on top
🌶️ Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes
🥛 Stir in a spoon of sour cream for creamy-tomato vibes
🧄 Add Italian seasoning for a pasta-style version
If you tell me what you’ve got in your fridge (rice? pasta? cheese?), I can tailor this into a custom “use-what-you-have” version 👀
