🛒 Ingredients (2–4 wraps)
For the filling:
250–300 g ground beef
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
Optional add-ins: bell peppers, corn, or beans
For the wraps:
2–4 flour tortillas
Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Lettuce, shredded
Tomato, sliced
Optional sauces: mayo, sour cream, yogurt, hot sauce

Cook the beef
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Season & simmer
Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until juicy and flavorful.
Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave so they’re soft and flexible.
Assemble wraps
Add beef filling to the center of each tortilla.
