🧾 Ingredients (2 servings)
2 cod fillets (fresh or thawed)
1 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: squeeze of lemon, chili flakes, parsley
👩🍳 How to Make It
Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F for 3 minutes.
Pat the cod dry with paper towels (this = crispier fish).
Season
Rub fillets with oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Air fry
Place cod in a single layer. Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
👉 Thick fillets may need 1–2 extra minutes.
Finish
Squeeze lemon on top and sprinkle herbs if you like.

Add This:
½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning

Coat cod lightly in oil
Press into breadcrumb mix
Air fry 190°C / 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping once
