Ingredients
1β1Β½ lb stew meat (beef)
1 can tomato soup (like Campbell’s condensed tomato soup)
1 cup water or broth
2β3 potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
Β½ onion, chopped (optional but good)
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½β1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp oil
π³ How to Make It (Stovetop)
Brown the meat (optional but tasty):
Heat oil in a pot. Add stew meat and cook until lightly browned.
Add soup + liquid:
Pour in the tomato soup and 1 cup water/broth. Stir it smooth.
Add veggies + seasoning:
Toss in potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Simmer low & slow:
Bring to a gentle boil, then turn heat to low.
Cover and simmer 60β90 minutes, stirring every 15β20 minutes.

Taste & adjust:
