4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp milk (or mayo for extra juiciness)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix coating: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Moisten pork: Lightly brush or rub pork chops with olive oil (or milk/mayo).
Coat: Press each chop into the breadcrumb mix until well coated.
Bake: Place in the dish and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Broil for crisp (optional): Broil 2–3 minutes at the end to get that golden crust.
Rest: Let them sit 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle parsley on top.
