🥔🧅 Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes
Ingredients
2–3 lb potatoes (Yukon gold or red potatoes are great)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3–4 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
½ cup broth or water
Optional but awesome:
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
Black pepper
Instructions
Prep potatoes
Wash and chop into bite-sized chunks (no need to peel unless you want to).
Season
Toss potatoes with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, butter (cut into little pieces), and broth/water. Add onion and garlic if using.
Slow cook
Cover and cook:
Low: 5–6 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Stir once halfway if you can.
Finish & serve
Taste, add black pepper or herbs, and serve warm.
