Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor! You can also use different types of cheese for variety.
