Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  1. Mix until well combined, then form mixture into small balls.
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor! You can also use different types of cheese for variety.
