Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
