- Buffalo Veggie Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the buffalo hot sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with green onions.
Serve immediately with fresh veggies like celery, carrots, bell peppers, or cucumber slices. You can also enjoy it with crackers or tortilla chips.
- Avocado Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth, leaving a few chunks if you prefer some texture.
Stir in the sour cream and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
Add the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and adjust seasoning as desired.
