Cooking Options
🍳 Pan-Seared (Juiciest + Fast)
Heat a skillet over medium-high with a little oil.
Add pork chops and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Lower heat and cook 2–3 more minutes until cooked through.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing (keeps them juicy!).
🔥 Oven-Baked (Easy for multiple chops)
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Place chops on a baking tray (like in your pic).
Bake 15–20 minutes (thick chops may need a few more).
Optional: broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning.
Optional Sauce (Chef’s Kiss 😮🔥)
After cooking, deglaze the pan with:
A splash of butter
A little garlic
A squeeze of lemon
Spoon it over the chops.
