Ingredients (2โ4 servings)
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (or both)
1 tsp paprika
ยฝ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Optional: squeeze of lemon or 1 tsp honey for a hint of brightness
Quick Marinade
Mix together:
Olive oil
Garlic
Thyme/rosemary
Paprika
Salt & pepper

Brush generously over both sides of the pork chops.
