Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta
🛒 Ingredients (serves 2–3 hungry people)
2 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced
Salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional but amazing)
1–2 cups spinach
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine = elite choices)

Cook the pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Sear the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Make the sauce
