Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta

2 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced
Salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ยฝ cup chicken broth
ยฝ cup grated parmesan
ยฝ cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional but amazing)
1โ2 cups spinach
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine = elite choices)

Cook the pasta
