Ginger Water (Simple & Healthy Drink) ๐ฟ๐ง
Ginger water is a simple drink made by boiling fresh ginger in water. Itโs refreshing, warming, and often enjoyed in the morning or throughout the day.
Ingredients
1โ2 inches fresh ginger root
4 cups water
1โ2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1โ2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the ginger into thin pieces (no need to peel if itโs clean).
Boil the water in a small pot.
Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.
Simmer for 10โ15 minutes so the ginger flavor infuses into the water.
Strain the liquid into a cup or jar.
Add honey or lemon if you like, then stir and enjoy.
How to Drink
Drink warm in the morning for a soothing start to the day.
You can also chill it in the fridge and drink it cold.
