🥞 Fluffy Weekend Pancakes
🧾 Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (small lumps are okay).
Heat pan: Heat a lightly buttered skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook: Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on top (about 2 minutes).
Flip: Turn and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
