Ingredients:
1 cup rice
4 cups milk
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Cook the rice
Rinse the rice, then cook it in 2 cups of water until tender (about 10ā15 minutes). Drain any excess water.
Add milk & simmer
Pour in the milk and cook on low heat, stirring often so it doesnāt stick.
Sweeten it
Add sugar and continue cooking until the mixture becomes creamy and thick (about 15ā20 minutes).
Finish with vanilla
Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.
