π§Ύ Ingredients
2 slices of bread (any kind you like)
2 eggs
2 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
1β2 tbsp butter (softened)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: cooked bacon bits, ham, or herbs
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Prep the bread
Use a spoon or your fingers to press down the center of each slice to make a small well (donβt tear it).
Butter it up
Spread butter on both sides of the bread.
Add the egg
Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket.
Crack one egg into each center well.
Season & top
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.
Add extras like bacon or herbs if you want.
Air fry
Cook at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 6β10 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like your eggs.
Serve hot
Carefully remove and enjoy immediately!
π₯ Tips
Use thicker bread so it holds the egg better.
If the egg spills, crack it into a small bowl first, then pour gently.
For crispy edges, air fry 1β2 minutes longer.
