Ingredients:
1–2 inches fresh Ginger
2–3 cups water
Optional: lemon slice or honey for taste
Instructions:
Wash and peel the ginger.
Slice it thinly or grate it for stronger flavor.
Add water and ginger to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Turn off heat and let it steep for another 5–10 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Optional:
Add lemon for freshness 🍋
