πΏ Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1β2 inches fresh Ginger
2β3 cups water
Optional: lemon slice or honey for taste
Instructions:
Wash and peel the ginger.
Slice it thinly or grate it for stronger flavor.
Add water and ginger to a pot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10β15 minutes.
Turn off heat and let it steep for another 5β10 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Optional:
Add lemon for freshness π
Add a little honey if you want it sweeter π―
How to drink:
Warm or chilled
1β2 cups per day is common
