🍯 Soft & Fluffy Sweet Milk Bread (Treasure Recipe)
🧾 Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
¼ cup sugar
1 cup warm milk (not hot)
¼ cup butter (softened)
1 egg
½ tsp salt
👩🍳 Instructions:
Activate the yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk + sugar + yeast.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Make the dough
Add egg, butter, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and knead until soft and slightly sticky.
Knead & rise
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour (until doubled).
Shape
Punch down the dough and shape into a loaf or small rolls.
Second rise
Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
