1 can tuna (drained)
2β3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 slices bread (or sandwich bread/roll)
1β2 slices cheese (cheddar or any melting cheese)

Mix the filling
In a bowl, combine drained tuna + mayonnaise. Stir until creamy.
Assemble sandwich
Place tuna mixture on one slice of bread. Add cheese on top.
Toast it
Heat a pan on medium heat. Place sandwich in the pan (you can butter the outside if you want extra crispiness).
Melt & flip
Cook 2β3 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
Serve hot
Slice and enjoy while the cheese is still gooey.
