Chocolate Caramel Crunch Bars
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 sheets)
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups caramel bits or soft caramel squares, chopped
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Prep Pan:
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Make the Crunch Base:
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer.
Layer with Caramel:
Sprinkle the caramel bits over the graham cracker base.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges are golden and caramel is melted.
Add Chocolate Topping:
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly over the bars.
Cool & Slice:
Let the bars cool completely at room temperature, or chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
