4 cups potatoes (peeled & diced)
2 cups frozen peas
3 tablespoons butter

Boil the potatoes
Place diced potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and boil for about 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
Add the peas
In the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, toss in the frozen peas.
Drain & butter
Drain everything well, then return to the pot.
Add butter and gently stir until melted and coated.
