1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2–4 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add milk gradually until a soft dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop small dough balls onto the tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 8–10 minutes (don’t overbake—they firm up after cooling).
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
