π Ingredients
1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
1 scoop (about 25β30g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2β4 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and line a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add milk gradually until a soft dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop small dough balls onto the tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 8β10 minutes (donβt overbakeβthey firm up after cooling).
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
